The total thickness of the filling in the case of double-sided overlay fillings depends on the door profile system used. The standard thickness for a one-sided overlay panel is 59 mm. The total thickness of the batch filling is 36 mm, other thicknesses of individual panels are available on request.
Decorative applications and glass frames are made of 0.8 to 1 mm thick stainless steel (0H18N9), which can be glued to the panel surface or flush with the filling surface. INOX 3D ornaments are a spatial development of “flat” ornaments.
In the aluminum batch filling, it is possible to use a thicker sheet of 2 mm and perform decorative milling and flush the application.
Door with a Gate Panel
Aluminum doors filled with a door panel perfectly match the sectional garage door. Mounted next to each other, they create a harmonious composition and emphasize the aesthetics of the building. Depending on the requirements of thermal insulation, the door structure may be made of profiles with a thermal barrier (so-called warm) or without a barrier (so-called cold). MB 104 PASSIVE SI profile
The MB-104 Passive window and door system with a thermal break, thanks to its very high insulation properties, meets all the requirements for elements used in passive construction, which is confirmed by the certificates of the PHI Darmstadt Passive House Institute. This system is used to make elements of external architectural development, e.g. various types of windows, doors, vestibules, display windows and spatial structures, which, apart from excellent thermal insulation, are also characterized by very good acoustic insulation, water and air tightness and high strength of the structure.
